California Pacific Conference Champion 2020-2021 season. Arizona Division Champion and California Pacific Conference Runner-Up 2021-2022.
National Tournament qualifier in 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. Won our first round game in 2020-2021.
Coach varsity basketball full time and assist with the developmental club when needed. Focus on player and personal development, recruiting, strategic analysis, and relationship building with players and their families.
Work with individual player development on post players, including with 4 All-Conference players and 1 All-American.
In charge of in-game offensive and defensive tracking. Review results of plays and strategies for in-game analysis and efficiency tracking, then recommend adjustments.
Assist in recruiting and player evaluation. Signed a point guard from Oklahoma City who started as a freshman and was all-conference as a sophomore and covid sophomore.

Coached varsity and developmental club basketball. Focused on player and personal development, academic development, and relationship building with 14 players and their families.Planned detailed practice, game, and individual player plans to drive results.
Worked on individual player development with forwards and posts, including 2 all-conference players.

2016: Worked with 19 students, their parents, staff, and college coaches to develop 15U & 17U elite basketball teams and program, ranking #1 & #3 in Oklahoma respectively.
2016: Planned detailed practice, game, individual player plans, as well as, organized team travel logistics.
Joined as co-director and moved the program onto the Powerade Platform Circuit, then to the Prep Hoops Circuit. Helped build the schedule, built the budget, and developed fundraisers.
Coached the class of 2019 team in the Powerade Platform.
Lead the college placement strategy for BTR. Assisted in placing ~30 student-athletes in college.

Launched Assault Athletics that invests in student-athletes during the critical high school years, shapes them into leaders, and prepares them for success in life, college, and on the basketball court.
Developed curriculum to guide high school students and student-athletes through the standardized testing, scholarship application, and NCAA clearinghouse process.
30 participants received college scholarships, increased test scores and GPA.
Raised over $15,000 in sponsorships and donations through integrated marketing and by cultivating relationships with Native American tribes and local businesses.

Oversee alumni and parent engagement for the honors college along with fundraising responsibilities.
Identified new targeted, industry specific alumni engagement programs to connect to top students.
Designed a new family-built major gift prospect to help young alums give major gifts ($25,000+).
Manage the Barrett Alumni Council, an alumni group that builds community and fundraises in 20 cities across the US and UK.
Oversee alumni and parent newsletters, other marketing material, and crowdfunding fundraisers.
Lead cross-functional teams in fundraising and event planning programs. Design and host over 20 events annually.
Co-manage annual giving with the college.
Oversaw the establishment of a new scholarship that is completely funded and reviewed by alumni.
